(Radio accent) So the precious gold medal has been stolen. Who stole it? And why? You just listened to the third episode of "Who and Why?" John's father has died and he has inherited all his father's possessions except the gold medal his father he earned for his service in the last war. He wants the medal at any cost. We know that John and Aduhi are in love. Aduhi will do anything for John. We also know that Mitesh is desperately trying to find the money for his mother's operation. Mitesh overheard John and Aduhi talking and knows where the medal is.

Zo: Perhaps, but how can you be so sure?
Kanasu: Only he knew where the medal was. The thief did not break into any of the other rooms.
Sahir: If I had to take a guess, I'd say it is Aduhi.
Kanasu: Aduhi! I'm absolutely sure it isn't Aduhi!
Sahir: But John told her where the medal was hidden.
Zo: Mmm..that's possible, I suppose.
Kanasu: Of course not! Aduhi is rich, she could have bought John another medal if she wanted to.
Zo: But, maybe it wasn't about the money - he wanted that medal because his father earned it in the war.
Sahir: Or...what if...what if John and Aduhi did this together?
Kanasu: Hmm...quite possible. What do you think, Zo?
Zo: If I had to take a guess, I'd say it was Mitesh.
Sahir: Really?
Zo: It would be the perfect plan. Remember John and Aduhi were talking about the medal in the market place. And Mitesh was hanging around nearby. He could have overheard them at the market and robbed the house.
Kanasu: And no one would think it was him because he has no direct connection to the medal or to John's father.
Sahir: You're right. I wouldn't be surprised if it was Mitesh. Knowing his need for money, I bet this would have been a way out of his money problems.
Kanasu: Maybe Aduhi hired Mitesh to rob the house. Aduhi is rich so she could have paid Mitesh who needed the money.
Sahir: Wow! That's another possibility!
Kanasu: I can't wait to know what happened!
Zo: So many possibilities! Such a lot of fun! Is it John, Aduhi or Mitesh? Or John and Aduhi? Or Aduhi and Mitesh?
Sahir: Or it maybe someone who knows all three of them!
Zo: Or maybe it is just a total stranger - a thief who just broke open the safe and took the one thing he found there.
