    How common is high BP and low BP?

    Let us do a small survey to find out how common is high BP and low BP. For this survey you will have to talk to at least 150 people above the age of 20. One way to do this survey is that each student undertakes to survey 5 people.

    You can use the following sample questionnaire for your survey.

    You should take such a questionnaire with you whenever you go to carry out a survey and carefully fill in the details. Once every student has conducted the surveys, fill up the following table using the data you have accumulated through the survey.
