Overlap of three aspects of health: stories of people around us

Activity 3: Let's Talk!
Not a classroom activity. 
Requirement: Go out and interact with people. 
 

Talk to at-least one person around you and write the story of his/her health. 

You can ask them about:
                                                 
You can add more questions after classroom discussion.

Write the story of health of the person you talked to.

In your note book write the story of health of the person to talked to. Do not forget to provide a title for the story.

Discuss the following questions in the classroom:

1. Did you see that three aspects of health overlap in the person’s life?

2. Did you come across any example where a person made efforts to become healthy in one way either physical, mental or social, and that affected other ways too?
