3 to 4 A-4 size one side used white sheets, a sketch pen, a scissor, 6cm scale in the compass.
Instructions-
Use the 6 cm scale to draw lines paper, that are one centi meter apart.
Cut centimeter strips from the paper.
Use gum to paste these strips carefully on the corner. You will form a very long strip with centimeter lines on it.
Choose any side of the strip as the starting point. Start marking the lines from 0, 1, 2…..200...
Your centimeter tape is ready to be used now. You can coil it to keep it in the pocket.

Lets Measure the length of your stride

For smaller distance you may use your paper tape to measure the distance. But as the distances become larger, measuring the entire length using only 2 meter long tape becomes tedious.
But there is another way to work out the approximate length to the school from home.
You can use your stride to measure these long distances. You just have to count the numbers of strides that you take to reach the school from your home.
But before that you need to find out how long is your stride.
