Given here is Chanda’s story which shows overlap within physical, social and mental health. Do you know of any children or adults whose mental health affected their physical health? Based on your experience you can tell other stories. The objective of this activity is to show that the three aspects of health overlap in all of us. After this activity the students have to go out and talk to people around them and see the overlap of the three aspects of health in them. It would, therefore, be useful to highlight that the three aspects of health frequently overlap in all of us and Chanda’s story was not a special case.
