The role of the observer

Is it possible that two people in different positions with respect to a moving object will describe the event differently?

One person is observing the ball from above the person, throwing it on the ground, whereas the other person observing the same action is standing on the road.

Can the description of the path that the ball takes by two observers be the same?

Two persons situated in different positions with respect to the same action will always see the action differently. They will describe the motion as per their view point. Therefore their description will be different.
